Authentication Services:

Basic Certificate: This service is available for $1 per item.  includes a certificate of authenticity card and a tamper proof authentication sticker. Each will have a matching serial number that will be entered into our database. Basic COA information will include: Item Description, signature(s), date authenticated, certificate number, inscription(s)(if applicable). There will not be a photo of the item with this service and is available for items valued under $100 (market value).  Our basic COA will fit in a baseball cube (left vertical portion has been pre-creased), making it easy to keep the COA with the authenticated item. 

Letter of Authenticity, Grading and Appraisal: Our full letter of authenticity service is $10 on a single signed item, and $25 on a multi-signed item. The letter will show a photo, title, description, ink type and color, signature and item grades and appraisal value (These are included at no extra charge in comparison to JSA and PSA/DNA). The item will have a certificate number assigned to it that will be entered into our database as well as an authentication sticker bearing the same serial number (either on the item or the LOA). Our LOA’s will feature an embossed company logo, the signature of Bobby Poll and a tamper proof authentication sticker (again, either on the item or LOA).  All items that are submitted for a full letter of authenticity will have a picture of the item in our database.

Letter of Rejection: When an item is submitted for our full letter authentication service and is deemed not authentic (forgery, secretarial, clubhouse). The item will be return with a LOR.  We will note why the item was turned down. On team signed items with clubhouse/secretarial signatures, you will receive a Letter of Authenticity, with the non-authentic signatures noted.

Collection Appraisal: We offer an appraisal service for collections (2+ items). This service may be used for insurance purposes, learning the market/retail value of your collection. This service can include authentication if need be.

Auction Letter of Authenticity: We offer a preliminary authentication service for auction houses in which we travel to your place of business, visually inspect your items and issue a pre-certified auction LOA that can be submitted by the buyer for a full LOA or basic certificate. Our Auction LOA’s will be documented on our website and each will feature the title of the lot, the lot number, auction date, picture of lot and the stationary will be embossed with our company logo and include the signature of Bobby Poll.

Show Authentication: If you are holding a private or public signing.  We will offer our basic certificate (Tamper proof serial numbered sticker and matching certificate) free of charge.  Travel expenses will be covered by the customer. Please contact us for more specifics on this service.
